Brand Overview

Brand Overview

Harborview Property Management needed a website that matched the quality of service they provided. Their existing online presence felt outdated, lacked credibility, and wasn't effectively communicating their value to prospective property owners.

The goal was to create a modern brand experience and conversion-focused Showit website that would build trust from the first interaction, clearly communicate their expertise, and make it easy for potential clients to take the next step.

The Challenge

First impressions were working against them.

First impressions were working against them.

Harborview was growing, but their website didn't reflect the quality of their service. The design felt outdated, the messaging wasn't clearly communicating value, and potential clients weren't getting a strong reason to trust the brand.

In a competitive rental market, credibility matters. Harborview needed a website that looked professional, communicated expertise, and made it easy for property owners to take the next step.

They needed two things: a website that built trust immediately and communicated their premium positioning — and a contact experience that made it effortless for a property owner to take the next step.

The Solution

A website built to convert,
not just look good

A website built to convert,
not just look good

Every design decision was made with one goal: make a high-value property owner feel confident enough to fill out the contact form. The brand identity, the typography, the property portfolio section — all of it works together to answer the question: "Can I trust this company with my investment?"

Objection Handling

Lead Qualification

A focused form with smart field choices (number of units, biggest challenge) that qualifies leads before the call. Four trust signals below the form address the exact objections a property owner has at the moment of decision.

Pricing Card

Services Layout

Each service presented with a photo, description, and tag system showing exactly what's included. The management fee pricing card at the bottom handles the most common client objection before the call.

Designed a 4-card property grid showing real managed properties with occupancy rates, average rents, and location — a credibility device no competitor uses. This alone tells a story that copy cannot.

Portfolio Cards

Social Proof

Hero with real property photography, an eyebrow tag establishing location and credibility, a headline that speaks directly to the owner's frustration, and a stats bar showing 120+ units, 98% occupancy, and a 5-star rating above the fold.
