Harborview Property Management needed a website that matched the quality of service they provided. Their existing online presence felt outdated, lacked credibility, and wasn't effectively communicating their value to prospective property owners.
The goal was to create a modern brand experience and conversion-focused Showit website that would build trust from the first interaction, clearly communicate their expertise, and make it easy for potential clients to take the next step.

Every design decision was made with one goal: make a high-value property owner feel confident enough to fill out the contact form. The brand identity, the typography, the property portfolio section — all of it works together to answer the question: "Can I trust this company with my investment?"

A focused form with smart field choices (number of units, biggest challenge) that qualifies leads before the call. Four trust signals below the form address the exact objections a property owner has at the moment of decision.

Each service presented with a photo, description, and tag system showing exactly what's included. The management fee pricing card at the bottom handles the most common client objection before the call.
Designed a 4-card property grid showing real managed properties with occupancy rates, average rents, and location — a credibility device no competitor uses. This alone tells a story that copy cannot.
